How often do most pet owners have us come by to scoop?
Most of our clients choose to either get once or twice per week service.
What does the process look like for a typical yard clean up?
- We will send you a text when we are 30-60 minutes away from your home.
- Once we arrive we will get right to work on your yard to clean up any pet waste.
- Pet waste is double bagged to avoid lingering odors and disposed of in your trash can.
- We clean our tools with a disinfectant to avoid transmitting germs between different yards.
- We send you a picture of a closed gate to let you know your dogs are safe in their yard.
- We'll see you on the next cleaning!
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you won't need to be home during service. We send you a message when we are on our way and once we leave so you're aware we are on your property. If your dog may be aggressive to strangers, we only ask that they are put away when we get there.
Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts with us. We are month-to-month and have no problem refunding you if there's a mid-month cancelation.
